Responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a 24*7 environment
- Customer Handling Skills – Call Etiquette
- End to End ticket management
- Necessity is the basis of the ITIL concepts of incident, problem, and change management
- Experience managing voice and non-voice support (calls, chats, and email)
- Adherence to SLAs such as email and chat response time. ASA for calls etc.
- Process incoming service requests, incidents, and change requests and formulate an appropriate response
- Manage multiple support mailboxes and respond to emails
- Triage and fix issues reported for all applications.
