BHEL Recruitment: Eligibility Criteria:

Engineering Intern:

• Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or 5-Year Integrated Master's or 2-Year Program in Engineering or Technology in Civil or Mechanical or IT or Electrical or Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized Indian University / Institute

Executive Trainee (Finance)

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian University* with qualified Chartered Accountants or Cost and Works Accountants from recognized institutions in India

Executive Trainee (HR)

• Full-time Normal Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Indian University* with at least 60%# marks in aggregate in all years with a two-year full-time full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Social Work or MBA from a recognized University / institute with at least 55% # marks in aggregate for all years/semesters.

• Candidates with Social Work or MBA qualifications should have a specialization/ elective in Personnel Management/Work Security/HRM in their final year.

BHEL Recruitment: Salary

• Candidates joining BHEL as Engineers/Executive Trainees will undergo training for one year. Basic pay of Rs.50,000/- in the pay band of Rs.50,000-1,60,000/- will be paid during the training period. After successful completion of the training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers/Executives on the pay scale of Rs.60,000-1,80,000 with basic pay of Rs.60,000/-

BHEL Recruitment: Selection Procedure

• Candidates who are interested to join BHEL as Engineer/Executive trainees will have to appear for a computer-based test. Based on examination marks and requirements, candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in the order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and category. The final merit list will be prepared based on 75% weightage for computer test scores and 25% weightage to interview scores.
