• Participation in the preparation of the business part of the RFP with business partners. This includes pricing, financial engineering, deal structuring, pricing terms, submission of customer pricing forms, etc.

• Basic knowledge or interest in application support practices, concepts and other technical areas.

• Participating in some process improvements.

• Previous experience or interest in standardizing procedures and practices.

• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
