ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

TRAINING:
All candidates selected for interview will be part of the applicant training program The training program has two phases:
1. Phase 1: Classroom Training Program (CRT)
- Duration: 2 weeks.
- Location: Role Location
- Working model: 6 days
After completing 2 weeks, the participant will be evaluated based on various parameters. Only qualified participants will be moved to Phase 2 (OJT phase) of the program.
2. Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Duration: 4 weeks.
- Location: Work from home
- Working model: 6 days
After completing the 4 weeks, the trainee will be assessed on various parameters. Only qualified trainees will be eligible to be offered a Business Development Associate (BDA) role. (Subject to management approval).
The training program will be 6 days a week. Evaluation parameters will include
performance metrics, capability and quality audits and feedback from manager/trainer and HR team. After successful completion of the training program you will be eligible for BDA - Inside Sales role offer (at Rs. 8 LPA) in Bangalore location.
After completing the training, candidates will be asked to report to the role location.

STIPNED (ATP):
INR 25,000 for Rest of India, 28,500 for Bangalore (Stipend) fixed salary for entire training program (6 weeks) + INR 6,000 for successful completion of CRT + incentives (up to 10% of revenue generated). Please note that compensation will be adjusted pro-rata based on the number of days you are active in the program.
CTC (BDA – Inside Sales): INR 8,00,000 (Fixed Pay Rs 5,000 + Rs 3,00,000 Performance) for Inside Sales.
