IFFCO Apprentice: Qualifications

• Four year full time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a University / Institute recognized by UGC/AICTE in Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Electronics & Civil.

• General / OBC candidates with minimum aggregate of 60% and SC/ST candidates with 55% marks are eligible to apply. Those candidates having CGPA score in BE / B.Tech degree should convert to percentage while filling the application form.

• Only applicants who passed their degree in 2018 and later are eligible to apply. The 2022 group, which will receive the results in August 2022, can also apply.

• Candidates who have completed an apprenticeship or have work experience of one year or more after attaining the above qualifications are not eligible to apply.

IFFCO Apprentice: Age Limit

• UPPER AGE LIMIT: 30 years as on 31st July 2022. (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBCs not belonging to Creamy Layer)

IFFCO Apprentice: Training period

• Selected applicants complete the Apprenticeship for a period of one year. It should be clearly understood that this is purely an offer of apprenticeship training for a period of one year under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and does not guarantee employment with IFFCO.

IFFCO Apprentice: Location

• At any of the IFFCO plants located at PAN India. However, the position is transferable at any time in any of the existing or future establishments of IFFCO or its subsidiaries.

IFFCO Apprentice: Stipend

• The stipend and other benefits will be paid in accordance with the rules of the organization during the apprenticeship period. Currently the scholarship is Rs. 35,000/- resp.

IFFCO Apprentice: Selection Procedure:

• Eligible candidates will be required to appear for the preliminary computer-based online test in an open environment using their own resources, computer/laptop with internet facility.

• Candidates selected on the basis of their performance in the preliminary online test will be called for the final online test in a controlled environment at designated centers in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna.

• Candidates are required to choose any two test centers in the order of their preference from the above mentioned centers. Efforts will be made to allot the test center in the order of choice given by the candidates. A request to change the test center after selection will not be accepted. IFFCO reserves the right to cancel any of these centers and in such event; candidates will have to appear at the center as decided by the management.

• Shortlisted candidates based on their performance in the Final Center based test will be invited for a personal interview.
