As the company is growing and expanding rapidly, it’s facing
new challenges daily. Its main aim is to deliver innovative risk management in
the two-sided marketplace to attain
growth and maximize legitimate revenue. So they are seeking an experienced risk
or fraud analyst to join the Risk Operations Team.
Uber is hiring Analyst: Job Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyse
fraud trends around the world and will implement suitable measures.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising Uber’s
Risk platform capabilities and developing new strategies to keep the fraudsters
off Uber by identifying patterns by data analysis and visualization.
The candidate will serve as the subject matter authority on
analytics/data-driven solutions that will lessen the risk of financial losses
while also maintaining a positive user experience.
The candidate will develop a solid understanding of key Uber
systems and tools to optimally review and analyse emerging trends and provide
recommendations to reduce emerging frauds in future.
The candidate will have to communicate optimally with
cross-functional teams across subject areas such as product, engineering, data
science with a focus on Risk/Fraud reduction.

The candidate should have 0-3 experience with data
analytics/data science 0-3 Years experience Coursework or projects in data
science and analytics BS or degree in quantitative fields.
The candidate should have relevant business studies in
quantitative fields like Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science,
Mathematics, and/or Economics.
