Lead member of their finance team and an intern for Search Engine Optimization
role.

For the Business Finance Lead Member
The applicant will have to work with business and finance leaders in
building the annual operating plan and budget for every department.
The applicant will have to develop project plans to calculate new business proposals.
The applicant will have to prepare, review, and analyse financial
statements to confirm accuracy and completeness.
The applicant will have to track project/ department’s performance to analyse
the successful completion of both short and long-term plans.
The applicant will have to work with general accounting functions, which but not limited to accounts payable, accounts
receivable and taxes; assess current practices and procedures, and provide
recommendations for improvements needed.
The applicant will be helping with quarterly and year-end financial audit
activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
The applicant will have to act as a central finance POC for respective
departments/ business segments.
The applicant will be coordinating with cross-functional teams for
compatibility and pacing of all aspects of ongoing projects.
The applicant should have to manage initiatives that are driven centrally
for cost optimization, technology and improvements in many processes.
For SEO Intern
The applicant will have to conduct SEO Analysis regularly.
The applicant should have to perform SEO audit timely to identify the key
issues as well as the new opportunities.
The applicant will have to share the recommendations with all the relevant
stakeholders and get them implemented to improve the search rankings.
The applicant will have to conduct extensive research using multiple tools
and optimise Off-Page and On-Page data.
The applicant will have to collaborate with the content team for keyword
research, creation finalisation of the content plan and audit of blog articles
which should result in better traffic online.
The applicant will have to manage the latest SEO trends for better blogs.

The applicant should be qualified as
a Chartered Accountant with 0 to 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
The applicant should be excellent in verbal and written communication
abilities across all level of an organization.
The applicant never bothers to work cohesively with a lot of people, across
functions and teams every day.
The applicant should have vast knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
and experience with other financial systems such as SAP, Anaplan and Ind AS/
GAAP.
