Qualifications required for the post:
The applicant should be at least a graduate with B.Sc with
Physics and Mathematics or B.E/ B.Tech with Physics or Mathematics in any
discipline.
The applicant shall have proficiency in both spoken and written
English of the level of 10+2 standard.
Degree should be:
From a Recognized/ Deemed University or from an apex
institution i.e. (IIT/ IIMs/ XLRI/ TISS etc.) recognized by Govt. of India;
The applicants should have at least 60% marks in Graduation.
The applicants having B.E./ B. Tech/ B. Sc. (Engg.) Degree
are allowed to apply against the post for which essential qualification is
prescribed as Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Departmental applicants possessing recognized degrees as per
the required minimum qualification, obtained through part-time/ correspondence/
distance education mode shall be eligible to apply.

Age Requirement:
The maximum age limit as on 14/07/2022 is 27 years.
Age Relaxation:
The upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PWD applicants, 5 years for SC/ ST applicants and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy layer) applicants. Vacancies reserved for OBC category are meant for applicants belonging to ‘Non-creamy layer’ as per the guidelines of Govt. of India on the subject.
For Ex-Servicemen, age relaxation is applicable as prescribed by Govt. of India order issued from time to time.
The upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for applicants who are in regular service of AAI.
The date of birth as mentioned in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination certificates will only be accepted. No subsequent requests for change in date of birth will be entertained.

Salary Package:
The CTC per annum for the post of Junior Executive would be
around ₹ 12 lakhs (approx.).
Pay Scale (IDA):
₹ 40,000 – 3% - 1,40,000
Compensation:
In addition to Basic pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of
Basic pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security
Schemes, Medical benefits etc. are admissible as per AAI rules.
Rules and Regulations:
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply who are eligible for the post.
The applicants who are enrolled in the final semester (where semester-system is applicable) or final year (where year-system is applicable) on the cut-off date are permitted to apply for the post, subject to condition that they must be in possession of final result on the date of documents verification, in case any dispute their application will not be considered for further processing. No further relaxation shall be provided in this regard.
The date of declaration of result / issuance of Marks Sheet shall be deemed to be date of acquiring the qualification and there shall be no relaxation on this account.
The Age, Experience, reservation certificates and all other eligibility criteria shall be reckoned as on 14/07/2022.
The vacancies reserved for OBC (NCL) category are available to OBC candidates belonging to Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) only as per the Govt. of India Guidelines.
The applicants applying for specific categories have to present their category certificate issued on or before 14/07/2022 either in English or Hindi issues by Competent Authority.
If the SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ EWS/Disability Certificate has been issued in a language other than English/ Hindi, then the applicant will be required to submit a self-certified translated copy of the same in either English or Hindi. Any variation in certificate will not be accepted.
Where a specialization is required in the qualifying degree in the essential qualification, applicant is required to submit a certificate from the University/ Institution clearly specifying the specialization in the qualifying degree.
Where a specific subject is required in the qualifying degree as an essential qualification for the post and the same is not specifically mentioned in his/ her mark sheet, applicant is required to submit a certificate from the University/ Institution confirming that the applicant has studied the required subject(s) in the qualifying degree.
In the case of Integrated Master’s Degree in Engineering, applicant will have to produce a certificate at the time of documents verification in support of possession of Graduate degree and statement of marks in Engineering issued by the University/ Institution.
Rounding off the percentage of marks will not be acceptable under any circumstances for consideration for appointment i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.
Application Charges:
Application fees of ₹ 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) is to be paid by the applicants. SC/ ST/ Female candidates have to pay only ₹ 81/- (Rupees Eighty One only).
The applicants belonging to PWD category and apprentices who have successfully completed one year of Apprenticeship Training in AAI are exempted from payment of any fee. Fees is to be paid through ONLINE MODE ONLY. Fee submitted by any other mode will not be accepted.
Documents Required:
Photograph Image:
Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture (not more than 3 months old).
Photograph in cap/ hat/ dark glasses will not be acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover the face.
Size of scanned photograph file has to be between 20kb-50kb and dimensions 200x230 pixels, only.
Signature image:
The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
Size of signature file has to be between 10kb-20kb Dimensions 140x60 pixels (preferred).
Recruitment Process:
The applicant will be selected on the basis of the
performance in online written exam, document verification and then personal
interview.
