- The recruited candidate will have to manage day to day production issues raised by business users in a 247 support model.
- The candidate will have to Resolve 80% of production issues reported maintaining MTTR within acceptable limits.
- The candidate will have to look after effective monitoring of production alerts.
- The candidate will have to ensure that all BAU changes and other maintenance activities are executed as per agreed protocol.
- Effective documentation and tracking of incidents and changes as per ITSM standards is must by the candidate.
