- Complete all detailed reports of listing requests (technical assistance), steps taken to resolve them and the specific dates or individuals involved.
- Act as the starting point of contact for all computer and system related problems from customers or other employees.
- Should assist in creating training materials related to computer troubleshooting and usages.
- Arrange and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware,
- Maintain working log details of all required system updates, as well as date completion.
- Attend personal meetings with customer to analyse, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
- Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions.
- You need to Actively update, maintain & monitor all aspects of computer networks.
