As an Assistant Manager in Deloitte Tax team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and customer with the intention to exceed client expectations.

- Quick in developing good understanding of the industry, company’s business process and its key operating drives.
- Analyzing financial statements, annual reports, business plans, and other available information.
- Performing and helping senior team members in executing a wide variety of the valuation exercise (including valuation of the company’s business, IP/intangible assets acquired in M&A transactions,valuation for fund raising, financial planning and litigation purposes).
- Preparing quality valuation models and reports within agreed timeliness
- As an Assistant Manager (AM), you will have the opportunities like:
- Support Deloitte member firms’ business valuation practice
- Develop valuation models of different complexities for international entities of differing sizes across a diverse range of industries and perform valuation analysis.
- Analyze financial and accounting data including financial statement analysis and its underlying assumptions.
- Perform industry and economic research and report industry overview.
- Prepare different sections of valuation reports
- Work with tight deadlines, adding value to complex and high profile problems.

- Excellent track record and good academic achievements.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent analytical and systematic problem solving skills.

- Knowledge of data sources like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Thomson etc. would be an asset !
- Basic to advance knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work with different team of the organization
